*49 Oak Street Alameda, CA 94501 is NOT a real site for this residential housing*

As a semester project, I designed a revised house in Alameda, CA and had my classmate, Mikee Yee, as my client. According to the client's preference, I modified the design and specification sheet, which was to design a house that was meant to be for only one person and their pet, which were Mikee and her cat Marie. My client wanted one master bedroom, one bathroom, and a reaction room. She had requested to get rid of the bathroom in the master bedroom and turn it into a walk-in closet. For the bathroom, she wanted to change from a bathtub and shower combo to only a shower room. With every plan I had made, I explained to her my ideas and asked if there were any changes she wanted. Instead of having an extra bedroom, she wanted to change it into a recreation room, where she could do all of her work in one area.
